But I don’t want to leave my job.
Then don’t. Once you know what the next chapter looks like, you’ll know what your job is for, and knowing that changes it. Clients tell me the work that used to feel like a drag turns into the thing funding a life they can finally name. Same desk, completely different Monday.
Six weeks doesn’t sound like enough.
You already have the capability, so we are not building anything, we’re pointing it somewhere else. That is a decision rather than a construction project, and while the doing takes years, knowing what you’re doing and why takes six weeks.
Can’t I just work this out myself?
You’ve had a decade and a lot of long showers. You have no idea how easy easy is to you, which is exactly why the thing you’d be brilliant at is invisible to you and obvious to me.
I’ve done coaching before and nothing stuck.
Most of it is designed to help you make your current life work better. Everyone in your life is already doing that. My job is to challenge the life itself.
